For each pricing package, you will have access to multiple functionalities of SeedBlink Raise:
- Starter plan: Includes a private deal room and SAFE financing with a standard template. There's a 2.5% success fee (minimum €489) on the raised amount once the round is successful. Investors will also have an annual investor management fee of 0.5%, applicable for up to 10 years unless an exit occurs earlier.
- Growth plan: Includes all Starter Plan features plus Convertible and Equity financing. The success fee and investors management fee is also applicable in this package.
- Scale plan: Includes everything in the Growth Plan, with additional assisted raise services, which provide consultancy on structuring the round and marketing guidance. The success fee and investors management fee is also applicable in this package.
