The need for an efficient way to maximize fundraising efforts.

DRONAMICS, a pioneering company in the cargo aviation sector, is on a mission to democratize cargo aviation and enable same-day delivery for everyone.

Founded by Svilen Rangelov and his brother, an aerospace engineer, the startup sought a streamlined process to raise capital and engage a broad group of investors.

The founders needed a platform to facilitate the fundraising process efficiently and maximize the capital raised.

Challenge

DRONAMICS required a fundraising solution that could leverage the power of angel investors while providing a platform that resonated with their mission to democratize access to investment opportunities.

Their end goal was to raise sufficient capital to fund the first commercial flights and full-scale demonstration of the Black Swan in Malta and Italy, and positioned them well for a larger institutional round.

DRONAMICS set a goal to raise 750,000 euros on SeedBlink but exceeded expectations by raising over 900,000 euros.

This, along with other angel investments and an innovative IPO on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, provided sufficient capital to fund the first commercial flights and full-scale demonstration of the Black Swan in Malta and Italy in.
